Everyone I have dealt with in the facility has been awesome! They have all answered any question or concern I have expressed with genuine care and consideration for me. The emails I get periodically have been very helpful as my procedure continues to heal. So far, the results are looking good. Can’t wait for final results and I don’t have to wear my compression garment any longer.
I just wanted to be able to sit down and not see my rolls ! I am so pleased with my results! I actually have a shape again! But an unexpected result sureprised me.... I can breathe better! Maybe because my diaphragm can move again...? The experience was totally worth it and everyone from the moment i arrive for my consultation was so positive. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision right away, but im so glad i did! Shout out to my nurse Elizabeth! She was Great!
This was a great experience! The results have been amazing. It was so easy and the down time was only 3-4 days! Everyone was so nice and professional. I would highly recommend them! I drove 2 hours for this. And would do it again in a heart beat!
From the receptionist Charlotte to the consultant... they were so warm and welcoming and as much as i was nervous...i found myself smiling. The consultation was great. Darcy is just great!! Very warm, friendly and genuinely kind. On my day of surgery....i gotta say it was a great experience. Although I was terrified, the staff assured me it would be ok. From the front desk, to the nurses, they are all so pleasant. Both appointments thus far were a breeze and they were on time. Most importantly, I received a phone call from my nurse, Darcy and my Doctor just to check on me. Now how special is that
Was. We push for my consultation but as soon as I walked in Charlotte greeted me with a smile and had such a wonderful presence that it made me feel comfortable and happy. I have loved my experience with Sono Bello! All of the staff has been amazing to work with. Darcy Blasing has been such a great representative of Sono Bello! She made me feel very comfortable with the process and has been such a great communicator. She really made me feel at home and was one of the main decision factors that I choose to go with Sono Bello for my procedures. She even talked me into doing more areas than I originally planned. Sono Bello lives up to their words. I have no regrets about having this procedure done but. I wish I was told in the beginning on how long it would take to see my results. It's been almost 2 months and I see a DRASTIC CHANGE. I cannot wait for my FULL RESULTS which will probably be another 4-6 Months. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Sono Bello to anyone who want to look and feel better. Patience is needed also. Sono you ROCK!!!!
Such a wonderful experience! The entire crew, nurses are all Angels. Darcy, was my consultant and and sent well wishes hours before my procedure. Most important Dr. Voyk ( forgive me if that's not the correct spelling) thank y'all so much! Called me the same evening to see how I was doing and stated I could call him with any issues. Now that's stellar customer service.
