Raquel, Jamie, and Britney are ROCKSTARS! I walked in the place was clean and it smelled great. The only thing better then the overall atmosphere are the smiles and pleasant nature they greet you with. Raquel was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was happening and answer any questions complete with pictures and an overall breakdown. This whole experience from beginning to what comes next is incredibly!!!!!
I was treated like a special guest from the moment I entered the office! The young lady, I think her name was Lauren was the best. I’m not the type of person that converse a lot. She made me feel so comfortable that I was speaking to her like I’ve known her for years. She explained all of my appointment options to me in a very articulate manner. The staff at Sono Bello are beyond amazing. From the minute I walked in the door till I left, there was a good vibe. I met Lauren, and Jaime at the front and then consulted with Raquel. Raquel was very thorough detailed patient and explained the procedure well. I left feeling wrll informed and confident of my decision. Very impressed. Thank you ladies.
The staff here are amazing. They are friendly and engaging. Raquel is the best. She walked us through every step that would take place. She has a way of keeping the visit relaxed. She made me feel at home. The two receptionist were great as well. For me they all get five stars ⭐️
The Ladies at Sono Bello are Top Tier when it comes to Customer Service and Satisfaction. They make You feel so at home just like You are Family. It starts from the front desk, to consultation, to all the nurses and then to the wonderful Dr. Conde-Greene. My experience here was so wonderful I would recommend them to the world. Amazing! From booking the first appointment with Raquel who is a sweetheart, to the front desk ladies, the doctor and the nurses. All amazing and my body is starting to look so good. I’m very happy.
