From the moment I walked in the office, I was put at ease. Jocelynne and Kenny at the front desk were so kind and welcoming. Majik held my initial consultation and patiently explained everything about my procedure options. Don was by my side during the procedure, keeping me smiling and comfortable. I felt so defeated trying to lose my belly fat , but my excessive fat was so stubborn. I saw an add on my phone, I called the number scheduled an appointment. It has been the best decision I’ve ever made for myself and the entire staff is absolutely wonderful. They made this whole process easy by making me feel like I was apart of their family. The staff at the Houston office is so kindhearted, compassionate and professional. The amount of dedication and thoughtful is AMAZING. Superior service (professional, courteous, and customer-focused) from the initial intake call to post-op one-week check-in.
