Everyone from the consultant to the front desk was very helpful professional it was a great experience. Trina made me feel as if I was her only customer she was very quick in her reply’s and very informative. My team that took my pictures made me feel comfortable because I truly didn’t want to remove my gown but she made me feel good about myself.

Well I could write a book 😊 From the first day meeting with Trina I was completely nervous about the whole thing 😉 After talking with her, she was amazing of explaining everything and how my life would change 😊 She was polite and answered all the questions, it was like talking with someone you knew forever. So far my healing and my experience with Sono-bello is going well. The Staff was very exceptional and professional. When it came down to the procedure I was having, Dr Atun knew just what it took to get the job done. Even in his care he and his staff took really good care of me, making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Trina made feel great right from the start. The procedure went great, Dr Stapenhorst was clear and straightforward about what to expect and I really appreciated his honesty. The nurses and staff, Jasmine, Marcella, Veronica, Denise, and everyone there actually. I went back to work in 3 days, i was still a little swollen but followed all directions and now I am so happy with my results. I have a major fear of pain. In fact my major concern was experiencing severe pain post procedure. I addressed my concern with Dr. Atun prior to my procedure and he assured me he would make sure I was comfortable and experience as less pain as possible. He also told me if at any point during the procedure I experienced pain all I had to do is let him know and he would make the necessary adjustments.
