I am looking forward to my procedure and so very glad I waited for Dr Wise to be available. I can’t wait to write about the results;) the nurses are very friendly and comforting. Dr Wise has me completely at ease about my decision to got forward with my procedures:)
Every visit has been great. Dr. Chavies has a wonderful, soothing personality. The nurses have been very nice and helpful. I am genuinely thankful for everyone there. This was a big decision and there wasn't any pressure. Only kindness and patience.
I recently visited Sono Bello and had a fantastic experience with their receptionist, Kat. She greeted me with a smile and efficiently handled my check-in process. She made sure I was comfortable while waiting while still managing calls and assisting other customers. Overall, my interaction with Kat set a positive tone for my visit. I appreciate her professionalism and outstanding customer service.

I had a great experience from start to finish on my first consult visit! I experienced a warm and friendly greeting from the receptionist and all the office staff. All the office staff looked professionally dressed and attractive, with a wonderful attentiveness to the patients. The medical coordinator, Chyenne, who spoke with me was very nice, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable! I experienced my first post-procedure Venus treatment at 11 weeks. Jessica was great, explained every detail of the treatment, what is was and its benefits. She answered all my of questions thoroughIy. My swelling was less just after one visit. This treatment made such a difference in my recovery!

Absolutely loved this place! I’ve never felt so comfortable and heard. I love the ladies at the front desk. I think they could tell I was nervous and kept a conversation going with me until I was called back! The nurse manager Brooke came in and spoke with me. She was the best! She helped me understand a lot! I’ve already had my friends set up appointments as well!
I can’t recommend this place enough. I had my consultation with Jill last week, and I felt so heard by her. She is very educated and answered all my questions in great detail. Estoy bien triste que no pude ver a mi doctor, en esta ultima cita. Pero entiendo estaba mal Dr. Wise. Pero como siembre todas las muchachas fueron estubendas!!
