The office staff is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Hannah. She was very helpful and friendly. She truly cared about my concerns and wanted me to feel comfortable in my own skin. As a repeat customer, I had a great experience the first time and definitely trusted them with my upcoming procedure. I am thankful for my experience and the support.

The staff at Sono bello was very friendly. The nurses and Dr. Chavis made you feel at ease throughout the entire process. They listened to any type of questions I had before and after. I love that Dr. Chavis calls after to check on you. I know everyone is different in my opinion it wasn’t as painful as I thought it was going to be and I got my upper, lower stomach, waist with abex.

I had a wonderful experience both first and second steps of my surgeries! The staff were incredible, clean, and caring! Michelle the nurse I had for my second step was wonderful and made me feel so calm and relaxed! We laughed and joked and she was very supportive the entire operation! I love using Groupons when looking for Botox and lip fillers. Face forward aesthetics had a good deal on both. I have never had anyone spend so much time tailoring my botox and lip injection. It’s the best lip injection I have ever had! The botox under my eyes has made my eyes really stand out and above the lip has relaxed my smokers lines. Always getting compliments from my friends and family. This is where I’ll continue to go for future treatments. Did I mention I’m wearing my bikini again? 😊
Great experience! It took me a year to call Sonobello. Now that I have done it I don’t know why I waited. From the consolidation thru the surgery (yesterday) they were professional, patient with all my questions, compassionate - putting me at ease the day of the surgery just with their kindness and information provided. I can already see the improvement after changing my bandage one time. I know it is not the final result but I can see a difference!

I was very hesitant about the procedure but one week out new pictures,new measurements,lost pounds,iam very amazed with the results and I want thank all the nurses,Dr. Chavis for putting me at ease,I didn't have to take all my pain meds,very happy with the results so far

I cannot say enough about nurse Allison and Dr Chavis. I just completed phase 2 full abdomen and AbEX skin removal. I had nurse Allison for my pre-op visit she made sure I fully understood what to expect from phase 1 and 2 procedures. Once my phase 2 procedure was over again she answered all questions my driver had. DR Chavis made me feel comfortable with each visit.
