So far my experience has been great. I set for my procedure today. Allison was great for my pre-op questions. She made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Chavis seems like a great Dr. I'm looking forward to today.

My experience with Sono Bello has been great. I feel like I’ve had support from the staff starting with the consultation through to the surgery. Allison was my nurse for the procedure and she was fabulous. She was very open and friendly which eased my nerves tremendously ! Thanks to Allison & Dr. Chavez for helping me through a nerve wrecking but exciting process.

My experience was great! I was nervous, but everyone was great-especially Chrystal and Dr. V! Chrystal made sure that all of my questions were answered and even thought of things to tell me that I would not have thought about. Dr. V talked to me told me what to expect as he was doing the procedure. Chrystal gave me a complete run down of what to expect the next few days and Dr. V called me the next day to check on me.

I have only had the free consultation, so I can only comment on that experience. I have to say that this was the best experience I have had with any consultation. I was listened to, and was not pressured into areas that I was not concerned about. I was given specific details when I asked questions and was not given the run around. I appreciated the pricing information without the pressure of a sale. The technician showed great knowledge and professionalism.

I had the pleasure of being greeted by Allison upon my arrival. She was extremely pleasant, and made me feel welcome. Allison walked me back to the exam room, and remained upbeat and fun. This instantly relaxed me, and made me comfortable enough to ask some pretty blunt questions regarding what to expect. I had a very pleasant experience with Sono Bello from beginning to end. Allison was my nurse the day of my procedure and she was very professional and kind. She was helpful and accessible and made me feel like I could trust her throughout my experience. Dr. Cha is was very kind and professional too.
