The nurse was very communicative, I knew every step of the procedure, she told me how to treat my body and what to expect after the procedure. The Dr was the best. The whole staff made this experience a very unique one. Most definitely will recommend them to others.
From my very first consult to the day of surgery I have had an amazing experience. Every single person at this Sono Bello location is extremely nice and genuine. Dr King is amazing I feel very lucky to have had her perform my procedure. Also my nurse Hannah was amazing she held my hand when I needed extra support. She was very kind and comforting. Also I believe her name was Carrie my nurse I met when I first arrived was very kind as well.
The team at Sono-bello,KC especially Nurse Latiya and Dr. King were awesome. They were informative and patient throughout the pre-opt appt and the actual procedure day. They answered all my questions and provided real world expectations. I felt completely prepared for my recovery. Latiya is a true patient advocate. Dr King explained what she was doing during the procedure and it went exactly as discussed. The entire staff made me feel valued and comfortable that I chose the right team for my journey.
I am so pleased with my experience at Sono Bello! Dr. King exceeded my expectations! She was very thorough when explaining the process, answering my questions, and making me very comfortable. Nurse Kerri was the best - from the moment I arrived to when I was checking out. She made me feel so comfortable and got me excited about it even though I was super nervous! I felt very cared for and couldn’t have asked for a better surgical team!! Thank you!!!
So far I have had an amazing experience. From Mary at the front desk to my super sweet nurse Jessica. Meeting Dr King was so comforting and informative! Looking forward to having my procedure soon!
