So far the experience has been excellent!
Has been a wonderful experience so far. From the moment walking through the door and being greeted by Mary to visiting which Charli about my goals. Never have I been given unrealistic expectations. Dr. Saxon map everything out what to expect. The nurse everyone have been so nice and made me feel so comfortable. The staff has been fabulous every time so have been in. Front desk was helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions. My consultant did a great job showing me parts of body that I was selecting, breaking down prices, getting me set up with care credit, and telling me what to expect out of surgery. Nurses were very friendly, kept it light and fun to help ease my nerves, were right there helping if I needed anything, and helped me through surgery. Charli - Excellent knowledge on procedures. Charli is very upbeat, friendly & a Killer smile. Staff very explanatory & easy to communicate with. Friendly, prompt on appointments. Upbeat attitude very positive & important.
All of the staff, nurses and the doctor were fantastic! Before, during and after the procedure I was always aware of what was going on and they made me feel extremely comfortable. The work they did came out amazing and I wish I did this years ago. I would highly recommend this Sonobella team and Dr. Saxon in Kansas City for any of the elective surgerys they offer.
First I like to say it all started at the front desk at Sono Bello this fabulous outstanding customer service I received from Mary Ross. I also received outstanding help and customer service from a lady there by the name Abby. She helped me solve some problems I experienced there.
