I recently had the EX procedure by Dr Brown stein. I am very pleased with the procedure. Dr Brownstein is very professional and has bedside manners! He treats you like a patient, not a number. I saw immediate results with the removal of my lower belly flab and the flatness of my belly. The first month of recovery was extremely difficult, but after you get thru the first month, it's amazing. The scar tissue therapy is helping the scar tissue recovery. Starting with my consultation, it was great. I had tons of questions in which all were answered. Christine was great in explaining every little detail of the process from the beginning until the end. I felt very comfortable telling her my concerns and she made me feel comfortable as well. Nothing felt rushed or like they were forcing anything on me. Even after my consultation I had questions and I sent her a message and she responded. To say the least my procedure is scheduled and I am excited. Highly recommended
This was my first visit and I must say I was the staff was very welcoming, friendly, professional, and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured during my consultation like some places. I felt @ ease and was told if there were any questions other than the ones I asked during my consultation please feel free to contact the consultant directly. Everyone has a huge smile on there face and I felt very comfortable. This is a place I would recommend to anyone. Christine Black gets an A plus for my visit.

Every time we've interacted, I've found the staff to be very helpful. All of the people I've encountered have been amazing. Today,, I spoke to Judy.. I like the fact that she allowed me to express my concern and then she said it back to me to make sure she got what I was saying right. It really helped a lot. The entire staff and experience was top notch! I was always greeted warmly by Janelle and Michelle and they always made me feel welcome. I always looked forward to seeing them and making me laugh. Dr. Brownstein was so kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me!
