Everyone from the front desk, the nurses, Jonathan, Dr. Kim were all friendly and informative and made me feel comfortable! I loved the way Jonathan and Dr Kim listened and felt like Dr Kim tried to make sure he did all he could for me. He was easy to trust with my procedure.
I have to say at first I was a little nervous because of the non-use of anesthesia but after having my procedure, I am so happy with the different approach of medicating patients for the procedure. The staff and doctor are excellent. I would absolutely recommend you to my friends and family.
It was a wonderful experience and Kim was amazing in every aspect of my post op.
The nurse had a fabulous bedside manner and was very thorough in reviewing the results and the upcoming expectations and working with all of the various events.
Naudia was kind and explained everything that I am to expect in the upcoming months post procedure!
The entire staff at Sono Bello is extremely pleasant and helpful. Nurse Kim is sweet and phenomenal. The ENTIRE staff is exceptional. Always polite and helpful. Best experience time and time again I highly recommend everyone!!!!
From start to finish the support has been great. Kim and the team explained everything to perfection. Doctors are there and you meet them and they go over what he will be doing.

I had a very wonderful staff that performed my follow up appointments, after my procedure. The bulk of my follow up was with Nurse Kim. She was phenomenal. She answered all my questions, even those I forgot about. She was able to assess my needs ahead of time. I was able to communicate with her via text messages. She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. My overall experience was five star!!
