Ms. Simone was very welcoming,patient,sweet and professional. She made me feel comfortable as she went over the process with me to answer all questions.and concerns. Simone made me feel very comfortable and gave me answers to any question I had. She made me feel like I could actually go through with what is super scary for me.
It was the best experience I've ever had! Miss Simone has my best interest for what I need and want! She's the most helpful and most wonderful, personable and Beautiful person! I wish I knew her outside the clinic, we would have fun!
I'm not gonna lie, I was very nervous this about everything, after speaking with Simone and the young lady that did the pre op with me they both did a fantastic job in making sure that I understood and felt comfortable with the procedure tomorrow.
I enjoyed my consultation with Simone. She made me feel very comfortable and she is very sweet and personable.
Staff is very carina. Nurse Casey was great at letting me know what to expect snd answering all my questions.
