Jessica was a wonderful contact. She understands with empathy of how a woman feels about her body and the frustration in losing weight. No matter what I have done due to my medical/genetic problems weight loss has not been successful. This is my last option and I hopeful it will work. If it does it will probably save my life. I am so pleased with Sono Bello, from my consultation through the procedure it was informative, relaxing, and gave me the confidence to move forward with my decision. The interaction was great. She was very kind and personal. She took her to and explained in detail what I would face, which reduced my fear and nervousness. She let me know that if I had questions after leaving I had permission to call her. All in all, she was great.Â
