It’s early...I have done no surgery yet. That said, I’m extremely impressed with the patient consultant Jessica. She could not have been more forthright, understanding, and professional. I’m more interested than I was when I came for my free consultation and I believe that is primarily due to the nature of Jessica. Thank you for the experience.

I’ve seen the commercials for ‘Sono Bello’ several times on TV and after today’s advertisement made the call to set up a consultation appointment for later in the afternoon, same day. Everyone that I had talk ed to from the call center, to the receptionist at the desk and with Jessica, the ‘consultant’ were all very personable. My medical assistant Alysa was wonderful during my pre-op exam. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with my upcoming procedure and make sure all my questions were answered. She made my visit very pleasant.

I feel like I really lucked out having Dr. Raine as my surgeon. I chose Sono Bello, not knowing who I would end up with as an actual surgeon. That’s a little scary. But Sono Bello chose Dr. Raine, and for that I’m very grateful! I was able to check out his credentials ahead of time, which was nice and comforting. But what really made me feel great was when I met him for my pre-op appointment. He made me feel comfortable about how the procedure would go, and I felt like my health was a real priority. I just had my pre-op appointment, and all the fears I had had about the procedure are GONE. Patricia explained everything in complete detail, answered all my questions and is fun and easy to talk to at the same time. And it’s funny how you walk from the high-end hotel spa-feeling front area, and you go through the doors and you’re suddenly in a very professional, clean, (still pretty but) hospital feeling space. If you’ve been curious about whether this might be right for you, but you’re worried about being pressured or hard-sold into doing something you don’t need or can’t afford, just make the appointment! I put it off for so long, but when I finally had my appointment it was the complete opposite. Jess is the sweetest person, and I felt like she truly cared about what was right for me. Dr. Raine cares. Actually cares about your health. I had a wake up call during my visit. He held me accountable but was very kind and informative. I wasn't judged or rushed. Sona Bello is not just about aesthetics it's about overall health. That I appreciate.

I really hope to have Patrica in my care on my follow up appointment. She was like a ray of sunshine coming into the room. She was professional yet treated you like a friend. Very clear in her instructions and most importantly nonjudgmental. I was literally stripped down in undergarments to get marked and she made me feel comfortable. Going into this I was nervous. I was greeted by smiling faces. The waiting room is relaxing and beautiful. They even had a book with before and Afters that included people's experiences. I was greeted by Jessica my patient care associate. She was so nice, and not judgmental at all, as I am embarrassed of my body. All of my questions where answered.
