So far the process has been very good. The process itself was great. The nurses and Dr Reine were extremely informative and helpful. They explained everything in detail and gave me a heads up on what to expect so I wasn't concerned during the healing. If I call with questions, they respond right away. Dr Muecke is amazing. She is kind and and caring surgeon. I would so recommend her to anyone and also the procedure with her and at sonobella. The nurses and staff were and are all caring and great :)

I had my procedure at the end of February. I can already see the improvement. I was treated so well, the staff is very caring. They are enthusiastic and positive, too. They gave me all the info and supplies I needed to take care of myself at home. I got a check-up phone call from my doctor. I'm looking forward to my 3 month appointment, and starting lazer treatments. I feel better about myself already, more relaxed, not as self-conscious.

We (my husband and I) met with Julie today for our initial consultation. We were so impressed with all the explanations and information she provided. We felt very informed and extremely comfortable. She was very open and honest about expectations and possible results. There was not pressure whatsoever. We felt very confident and scheduled my pre-op visit and my surgical date right away. They also made the cost possible with different options available. Very happy with this decision and excited to see the results.

I had to come in for the E X procedure. The experience was wonderful. Jennifer and Dr. MICKY WERE AWESOME. I was treated with kindness and respect. I did have uncomfortable pains for a few days but it has gotten better. I cannot wait for the healing to be over and see my great results!
Everyone was very welcoming and calm before, during, and after the procedure. Dr. Laine was fun to work with, kept me calm and responded quickly if I was in discomfort.
