I had stomach and upper body surgery three weeks ago. Dr Raine and all the staff were very professional and made you feel special. I had to go back to the office several times and was taken care of like I was one of the family. Patricia was very professional but made me feel comfortable. Jess answered all of my questions at the initial consultation regarding the procedure I was looking to do, the healing recovery time, seeing the results and finally the cost. At the follow up meeting / pre procedure, I met with Dr. Muecke and Patricia to go over the details of the procedure and get my measurements. This was my third time with Sonobella and it is always such a pleasant experience. I love Dr.Muecke! She does everything like it should be and is super sweet. I would recommend this company, and her, for anything you would like done. They really want you to be satisfied with your results and will do what it takes to make that happen. I’m not sure any other place will ever offer you the service and care that they do.
My experience was enlightened and informative your receptionist Kayhla provided pleasant conversation and Jessica was very polite and informative with the information that I needed to proceed with the process.
I love the service at the facility. I particularly love meeting with Patricia, who is the medical assistant that has been so very patient with me and all my questions during each of my visits. She is professional and very respectful. I feel perfectly at ease having to expose myself with her very caring, knowledgeable, and professional approach. I would highly Recommend the Brookfield Sonobello office.
We came in undecided and skeptical. Sara A. was wonderful! She took the time to explain everything and wasn't a pushy salesperson! She made myself and my son feel very comfortable and as a result we were very confident about the procedure and not only left with a plan but were very confident about it!! Thanks again Sara!!!
