Alex and Catherine in the Montgomery office were very professional from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. I had a conversation with Alex on the phone prior to my appt and she was very soothing and calming. Catherine was very professional and sincere during my consultation. Both ladies were very informative and courteous. My only downfall is the pricing, but overall it was a great experience. I will be in touch with Catherine to start my transformation journey!! Carrie made me feel very welcomed. She answered all of my questions and if she doesnt know the answer to your question, she knows who does!
