This is a wonderful place where honesty and integrity rule over money and profit! The staff is friendly and welcoming, Liz is a font is information, and the nurses and doctors are completely forthright about where your expectations fall. I went today for my pre-op appointment and was worried that what I was looking for wasn't going to happen. From the front desk to my consultation with Ariel, (who allows me to text her with questions as they pop into my head) to the pre-op with Dr. Ayewah and Alex, everyone is so personal and knowledgeable. On the morning of my procedure, nerves set in. I was greeted at 5:30 am with a smile from my surgical nurse Lisa and taken back to my prep room. The prep was simple and easy. Came in for a consultation and as a man i was a bit hesitant. I met Cherrisse at the front desk and she was able to put me at ease . My concerns about being a man and coming in for this type of consultation were gone thanks to her answering all my questions and making me feel welcomed.
I was skeptical about the procedure when I first came in for my consultation but after talking to Cherrise I was excited to have it. she answered all 1000 questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. you can’t find good customer service like this anymore. Thank you Cherrise.
