I had a pleasant experience at the Norfolk Sonobello location. From my arrival to my release (after surgery), I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Jessica did an outstanding job of calming my fears and alleviating my stress. She was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Jessica really made a difference on my visit. Had an amazing experience with Angela today for my Venus treatment on my inner thighs and belly area. She was patient and sure to explain how venus works and all of the benefits. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service. Can't wait for my next session.

I'm on the list for revisions. I came in for the visit to be cleared for the revisions but I did not quite understand what I was told that day because it was the surgeon assessing the areas and an assistant. Carissa called me and talked me through the extensive process, reasons for delays in getting in, corporate policy, and black out weeks. Carissa is very knowledgeable of the details. I appreciated her help in understanding these things.

Liz was great she didn’t try to upsell me or even talk me into any commitments. She told me about the procedure she was honest on what I needed. I need to remove skin and that’s exactly what she is going to do for me. I didn’t need extra things like most places try to sell you. I’m super excited about my future and what it holds as far as my confidence. SonoBello are nice and clean and hear your needs

First of all, the front desk staff - wonderful! Very friendly, excellent customer service. My consultant, Liz, was amazing. I was so nervous but by the end of the consultation, she made me feel comfortable. She's very knowledgeable and very patient. She answered all my questions and then some! Very pleased with the experience I had today.

Very positive experience. The office is very nice. The receptionists were extremely professional! The Patient Care Consultant Liz Hazelette was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer all my questions and she provided a space where I felt comfortable sharing my struggle with self esteem.
