Unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. My nurse did not have the best bedside manner, and made a situation where I was already nervous that much worse. Every question I asked, or trying to make small conversation to distract myself, she was short and snippy in her responses and had some unkind opinions she wasn’t afraid to share. She was wonderful when the surgeon was present, and I adored my surgeon, Dr. G- but my whole experience was pretty clouded by the treatment I received from my nurse sadly.

After being told at my recent consultation that I would be waiting an additional 45 min to be seen (ended up waiting about 15-20 min past my appointment time), I wasnt feeling too confident about the process. But when Liz called me to the back and proceeded with the consultation, she really put me at ease. She apologized for the wait as well. staff! Deneen, Carissa in management are professional and kind Ariel did my original consult and she is a jewel. Thank you Liz for following up. Cherrisse, Naima, Toy at the front desk have the best music playing when I arrive and they welcome me like we’ve been friends forever.💕 Dr. Gilbert thank you for explaining each step and for your sincere care for my goals and comfort. My Venus experience with Kim was amazing. Her knowledge, intuitive nature and professionalism made each visit a virtual spa day. The treatments made a noticeable difference and I recommend SonoBello and the Venus treatments to anyone who is serious about their health and improving their overall quality of life. Dr. C was exceptional, very caring, calming and reassuring, continually asking if I was alright. My Nurse Lisa was exceptional as well. welcoming, ki d and informative They both put me at ease. before, during and after the procedure. Thank you Lisa and Dr. C
