Kim my venus nurse, What can I say about Kim she has the best customer service she makes you feel comfortable for how long she's with you I had the pleasure of being able to spend 10 weeks with her we talk and laugh to the point that we got lost in the time and before you know it my time was up I enjoy her so much she's great at her job but it's really not a job to her because she love what she does to me that's great customer service.

My experience has been awesome with Kim. Starting with the initial consultation and as answered all my questions about the Venus treatments. She is professional but very personal. I am very pleased with the results so far. I would recommend this office and staff to assist anyone.

My experience thus far with Sonobello has been nothing less than awesome starting with the initial consultation. All staff members in the front office, the surgery suite were friendly and courteous. My experience was positive and pleasant. Dr. Kaplan answered all my questions and relieved my hesitation. Nurse Lauryn was so nice and friendly. I was definitely put at ease (came in nervous).
My preop was a pleasant visit Dr. Kaplan was patient with me and his assistant Jessica made me feel comfortable with her accommodating personality very knowledgeable about the sonobello procedure
