Nurse Lisa is great!!. She makes sure that I am comfortable during the procedure. As always, Dr Kaplan did so well on my touch up.

Although nobody likes to get undressed at the doctors office, I have to say Jessica made me feel very comfortable. Even when I complained about getting pictures taken.

Medical procedures are always a tad scary and the key to a great experience is the manner in which the doctors, nurses and staff members treat you from the very first moment.
