My experience with Sono Bello has been absolutely AMAZING, from the Consult with Kat, the procedure performed by Dr. Dillon, the pre-op appointment with LPN Armando, the post-op appointment with RN Lucy and the front desk staff member Brittany… such a high level of skill, phenomenal customer service, kind attentiveness to detail and unparalleled professionalism in the Oak Brook, Illinois location is remarkable. My experience was great and my nurse answered any questions I had
Me Lucy was the best nurse she help me out with a lot of information and answered any questions I had
I am very disappointed with my results. I wanted a tummy tuck and I get allot of fat in the areas I didn’t do anything. They response was I was the same and now is more visible because I did my belly which was a bit hanging. I don’t know why I needed anesthesia to my arms and back since I didn’t do anything there?! Now I have access of fat to those areas which I didn’t have before. They responded me that I should do those too. The results ARE NOT what I was promised at all. This place is a joke. Before you become their customer, they all help. After you get the procedures done which it means they already got paid....the nightmare starts. How deceiving...their website only shows positive and 5 stars reviews....really? Everyone is 100 % satisfied with the result. New customers beware of Sonobello unless you want to waste your money and you have money to waste. If that is the case, donotate it to s shelter.
