They are always courteous and friendly. Surgery was late so scheduling is a little off.
From my initial appointment, Heather and Dr. Hunt were very kind and were great in putting my mind at ease explaining my procedure. Same care and compassion were Carried on into the day of my actual procedure by Bailey and Dr. Hunt. So far my healing process has been good minus the leaking, which I was told to expect. I will most definitely recommend this facility! Looking forward to having more work done. They get a solid 10 in my book!

The front desk receptionist knew my name when I walked in. I did not wait past my appointment time to see a nurse to get me ready and then the Dr. came in. Dr. Braswell was thorough and I feel he is invested in my care - I am not a number. He explained what I needed to do and then the nurse explained it again to make sure I had understood. Staff was incredibly friendly. Put me at ease. The doctor turned on music, she sang, and asked questions that didn’t apply to my surgery. Looking back now I realize that she was either distracting me or very excited about her weekend. Either wayway, it worked. Her nurse is the sweetest person I have ever met. Very good with IVs too! Love them all! ❤️
