I had a great experience at sono bello . My Venus specialist Shalini was very friendly and she answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She is very professional and is a wonderful person. I have seen really good results from the Venus treatments and I am very happy to say that!. Thank you very much Shalini!

Overall the whole staff is great. I received great costumer service from everyone. Miranda made my experience easy and comfortable. Not only did she give me great advice and recommendations but she also answered all the questions I had. She also gave me a couple of options I can choose from. Totally awesome staff and I will definitely come back.
