Good initial experience
Everything about this visit was fantastic but I especially wanted to give a huge shout out to the staff. Every single person in that facilty was very professional and friendly. They were able to turn a surgery into a fun experience.
The entire team at Sono Bello Cranberry is AMAZING. Dr. Kathju is very knowledgeable and his bedside manner is great. Shawn and Kristen are great. They both made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Their sales consultant Julie is also incredible. I live 6 hours from this location and chose to come here because they are so wonderful. I recommend their center to everyone I know interested in a cosmetic procedure.
The one place to go if you want to be beautiful with a wonderful staff
The service and care were fantastic and very caring and professional. It couldn't have been any better!
Brittany was patient with me during my post-op by taking time instructing and answering all my questions. All the staff were kind and pleasantly helpful
This place was amazing. Julie was super nice and up front with me. Even though they can't help me, they gave me the name of someone who can. Sono Bello staff was amazing!
