It was very pleasant and friendly environment. The technician was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She explained the process to me as she proceeded step by step making me feel comfortable in at ease. She answered all questions the me and my husband asked in terms that we could understand. The atmosphere was very warm in welcoming made me feel relaxed took the edge off. I wasn’t as nervous about the process. Looking forward to having my upper arms down there as well.
The staff were amazing, Darline and Carletta were the best. They made sure I was comfortable and attended to my every need. The surgeon was very friendly and attentive. All of this definitely eased my anxiety.
Ashley was very thorough and very personable. I found her very easy to talk to. She was very helpful. Doreen was very friendly and helpful as well. All of my questions were answered and I feel comfortable to contact them if I have additional questions.
Take time to answer questions and help me feel at at ease with my healing process. Went out the way to make sure that I felt good about my healing and show me so much love
