Your facility, staff and Dr. were great. Very helpful and walked through everything and in a manner you could understand! If anyone is thinking of having this procedure done, do it!
Oh my, my experience, I don't know where to begin. Of course I was scare. But Nurse Darlene made me and my husband feel welcome during my consultation. Her instructions were on point. The day of my surgery, I got a little teary-eyed cause I was nervous and they were taking to long to see me. But the young lady that did my IV. let me know they were a little short handed but she insured me that everything was OK. I'm a recent client (12/2023) and I must say from consultation to post-op Sono Bella Raleigh was excellent. Customer service was AWESOME, as so many businesses seem to care less about it so it was very refreshing. Procedures went well with no complications. I do have pain but, it was comparable to having two ceserian births. Overall, my experience with them has been very positive ☺️.
First of all Mrs Joelle was TERRIFIC!!! Her personality was the best and she gave me a lot of information to help me succeed going forward.I truly enjoyed my time spent with her.
My experience was warming and welcoming. I was made to feel special and worthy. I really liked Dr. Smith and his assistant Mia.
The staff was very friendly, warm, and pleasant. They made me feel comfortable and important from the very beginning. The doctor and nurse who took care of my procedure were wonderful. They were very thorough in the procedure and in the postoperative instructions. I am hoping that my postoperative care will go the same. We will see.
