My experience in the beginning of my journey was good staff was extremely amazing (in the beginning) however as for at the end my visit on 8/11/23 was horrible.. the best side manner for nurse as well as doctor was outrageous 😡. I came back for my result due to not being happy with it. And the response of both doctor and nurse on how they talked to me was unacceptable.. This is to update the review I previously made. Sono Bello Raleigh contacted me and was very willing to discus my concerns and explain how scheduling worked in the office. This has been the worst experience I ever Head in my life I would not wish this on no one in this world.Not even my worst enemy!!!. First of all, the ratings are misleading. They only pertain to the consultation; not the actual procedure. They should not be asking you to do a survey at this stage. Secondly, they asked me to scan and email a copy of my debit card to secure my pre-op appointment for the next day. Who does that??? This sent up red flags and made me uncomfortable. I backed out.
What a Great!!! Experience...They are so family oriented I love the mental support that they gave me..And all that information was broken down so that I could better understand my procedure and plan.. They are Awsome listeners..We made a game plan and it wasn't just my plan it was Our plan. I'm so excited 😆 😊
One of the worst experiences I ever had. Maybe this is what I get for trying to cheat the body's system. STOP! INVEST YOUR MONEY & TIME ELSEWHERE, YOU DESERVE BETTER. The customer service is lacking; hence, no return calls if you can get through to leave a message. The number given to text is not manned by anyone specific; hence, you have to call.
