Naomi was amazing during my initial consultation! She explanied the process throughly and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable and understood! I loved that Dr. Eslami was honest and provided me with clarity about my procedures.
All the staff have been friendly and professional. Naomi has been great! The initial consultation was a good experience with no pressure. I appreciated Naomi’s attentiveness and being quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had.
Naomi was wonderful. She explained everything slowly and accurately efficiently total stellar customer service. I met the doctor and I scheduled as soon as possible before the summer. i also referred my sister.
I am only a week past my first stage procedure, but so far so good. There is plenty of swelling and bruising, but I've been assured that that will all go away in time. My next stage will be next week, and I'm hoping for the same results from that procedure. Everyone at the Sacramento location has been fantastic. Doctor Eslami has a very good bedside manner and really helps relax you during the procedure.
