I was very surprised the experience I had with the customer service I received. It was outstanding. I was a bit nervous on going and now looking forward to my results. The patient care consultant was Jessica. She was very understanding of my needs and experience in the past and changed an experience to a wonderful one.

So far, so good. Jessica was great to work with to get the procedure scheduled and paid for. I just had the procedure. The pain is a lot less than expected. I’m still waiting to see results. Hoping it’s great.
I really thought the procedure was going to hurt at least the numbing part. But for me, it was totally painless. I was given pain medication and I am almost 24 hours out of my procedure and I have not taken any pain medication at all just Tylenol. So I am very happy for that.
