The Consultant Jessica Blayden that assisted me was caring, pleasant and knowledgeable. She also took her time, did not rush the appointment and explained in detail the questions I had regarding the procedures. She made me feel at ease about moving forward with them. I was a patient advocate for 8 years for Utah Cancer Specialists in the past and I know first hand how hard sometimes people can be to deal with. Back to Jessica, it would be so nice if there were more people in the world like her. She is quite epic!
The entire process from initial consultation to procedure was wonderful. Admittedly I was nervous, but pre-op and day of procedure put my mind at ease. I am only a few days out, I am sore, but feel incredible. But out of everything the entire staff treated me like a person, not the next procedure, a human being and that in and of itself means more than I can express. My experience with Sonobella and Jessica Blayden has been amazing. The office is friendly and inviting and the initial visit covered everything I was concerned with. Financing was a breeze and Jessica knew exactly what I needed to cover costs and get me in at their earliest time. I loved it. I have had problem areas for so long and they will be fixed this week. 🤩
Jessica is an awesome patient consultant. She's very personal, authentic and kind. She went out of her way to take care of me. I came in without a smile and left with one.
