Jessica was AMAZING. Answered all my questions and very welcoming.
Amidey was my nurse and I can’t say enough about her. She explained everything to me before and after surgery so great. She made me feel so comfortable and less nervous. As we got started with surgery the numbing shots were very uncomfortable and she started asking me life questions like about my kids etc. that really helped. My experience with SONOBELLO started with a curiosity of the free consultation and not having to be under general anesthetic. As it turns out, the day of my procedure, the thing I was most nervous about was not being put under! My pre-op was great, meeting Dr Allred was great that day. I was nervous but so excited! Amadee was so helpful in calming my nerves and explaining everything so thoroughly the day of the procedure. The nurse was great and answered my questions and had helpful suggestions dealing with my concerns. Every time I have an appt, the staff are so kind.
Jessica was absolutely phenomenal with explaining the process, understanding my reasoning behind my “why”, and she talked to me like a best friend would. I cannot explain how much having her to coach and guide me helped me today. I am excited for this process, and I couldn’t have done it without Jess!
