I had my 3 month appt today and everything went well. Everyone from the front office to the back are super sweet. Always asking have you been checked in or need anything. After my 3 month appt, I had my 1st Venus treatment on my stomach area. The pressure and heat were tolerable (I wish I could of had my whole body treated or where can I get a machine for my home). Verenia was outstanding and very helpful. She walked us through all the options and was the reason we decided to proceed.
From the very beginning everyone I came into contact with was inviting and very friendly. The representative I spoke with asked me to call her V which help me to feel less nervous. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and this made me feel right at home. Also V did not pressure me in any way which made my experience exceptional.
