I was welcomed immediately and even though I want to have the procedure I was still made to feel like I looked great.
I loved this consultation Verenia was very knowledgeable about the procedure and answered all my questions. I’m excited to have this treatment done.
My very first visit here was a great experience. The girls at the front desk were very friendly. Stephanie did the consult, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and was very informative. The day of my procedure the Andrea was my nurse and was so helpful and put me at ease before Dr. Schaner came in. I felt calm, safe and comfortable during my procedure. Both Doctors and my sweet Nurse were talking me through what was happening and what to be expecting next. I would recommend Sonobello to my friends and family.
The nurse staff was amazing, Andrea was constantly making sure I was okay and comfortable. I get anxious and nervous but she knew how to make me feel better. Love the nurses. DLF
The entire experience from the onset was handled with the highest level of customer service. All my questions were fully answered from day one through the post-op phase. The upmost level of professionalism and respect from the office staff, nurses & surgeons created a wonderful experience.
