First, let me clarify the "4" rating. The pre-op and procedure were excellent. Dr. Case and his staff are amazing! However, my immediate post-op experience was not great and stemmed from the ill-fitting compression garment. I am very short-waisted and the garment kept rolling up and caused me more pain than it helped. I bought one from Amazon but was without any usable compression garment for a full day. Great service, the staff are all amazingly nice and knowledgeable, I was nervous from doing the procedure but they made me feel easy about it! The place is very neat and clean and they gave me time to ask all my questions! It went exactly how they told me it will go and what to expect, I really appreciate everyone of them!

My experiences from my first meeting for my consultation, through my procedure and post op visits have been exceptional. Everyone that I have encountered have been professional, kind, courteous, respectful and helpful. I am looking forward to completing my remaining procedures!
The office staff and nurses were just wonderful and walked me through everything that happened before during and after both surgeries.
Everyone was great from the initial consultation to my post op follow. I love the energy the staff and doctors all have as you walk through the door.

Amazing. The day of the procedure was very calming. I was a little nervous but Pia made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I didn’t believe that the recovery as far as pain and being able to go back to work was truly so quick. I am amazed with the results I have already seen.
