Because most of the employees at sonobella had the procedure done it was very easy for them to explain what was going to happen and when u see an example of something u can determine what to expect so because of that I really was excited to get my procedure done
The entire staff has been amazing from day one. Today is 3 weeks since my procedure and I'm still in a lot of pain. The swelling has gone down but still pretty swollen.
Everyone that I had an encounter with was professional and kind. I liked the fact that any questions I had were welcomed the nurses the doctor they were all willing to answer any questions that I had. I appreciated Dr. Case calling me after my Procedure and most of all the jokes that he told while doing the procedure, that made me feel comfortable and I truly enjoyed the laugh. Thank you Scottsdale team I truly appreciate you treating me like a Queen.

I don’t have a negative word to say about Sonobello. Everyone there was very pleasant, helpful, made me feel at ease. I would do it again in a heartbeat. It’s only been two weeks since my procedure and I’m already pleased with my results. I cannot wait for a couple of months to see what I look like. I recommend it highly!
Thus far the process has been smooth and the staff has been AMAZING. The only thing that makes me hesitate is the lack of interaction with the doctor. Makes me feel uneasy to only interact with the doctor 2 times. Once before surgery and day of surgery. I truly appreciate personal call he provided day after surgery. From start to finish procedure was done as advertised and communicated to me. I would recommend so no bello.
Staff has been amazing. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and put me at ease all along the way. I appreciate the accessibility and quick response to my questions. The procedure itself was MUCH more uncomfortable than I anticipated. Still quite sore on my sides and upper abs. I don't think the meds were given a long enough time to take effect before we started ... and we started with this area, which was unfortunate for me.
