From the start of my first consultation in the Scottsdale office to post op, I would say this experience was a roller coaster for a newbie to cosmetic surgery. All the staff was extremely helpful and kind considering what I was there for. My deflated, "mommy" pouch and all the extra fat pockets that just would not melt away with diet and exercise. The staff from Sonobello was extremely professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. From the moment you walk into the lobby as a future patient you are greeted by a smiling face who makes you feel less self conscious about why you are there. After filling out some forms the door opens to another smiling face of a consultant who assists you in understanding the procedures that are available to you. Everyone was fantastic
My experience was the best I could ever hope for .I came in not knowing how everything worked around there .but the nice and knowledgable staff talked me through the process put me at total ease explained step by step the entire proceedure..next thing I knew I was walking out with the results I came for.the doctor over there engaged me throughout my procedure explaining how everything works.and the nurses after the proceedure was A_1 my experience was sooo good that I went back the next week and had another lol.i whole heart... read more
Overall I was very happy with the process so far. The only complaint that I have is that I have had a few appointments where I wasn't actually seen until an hour or more after my scheduled time. While I understand it is a cash business and you want to overbook in case of cancellations it shouldn't come at the expense of patients who are punctual. Especially in surgical settings where I have a ride waiting and I have to text them multiple times to coordinate a new time because I haven't gone into procedure yet.
