From my first meeting with Brooke to the care of the staff, I had a wonderful experience! Carly at the front is so friendly and the kindness of the nurses was amazing. Dr. Robles was so kind during the procedure. Julie and Megan were awesome, too. The excision was not an easy procedure/recovery but I’m on my way!!
The experience from the moment I arrived until ( and evening past that) the moment I left was wonderful! Sono Bello was more concerned with my health and safety so much so that they opted not to schedule until I had a few things checked by a Dr. first. Above and beyond that , the consideration and compassion that I received from Carly ,The Receptionist , was beyond what anyone in her position would be expected to do. Everyone was very kind, helpful, understanding and supportive throughout the entire process! I felt like everyone went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Immediately following surgery, I really didn't feel all that great. However, currently, it is 8 hours after my surgery and I am feeling pretty good now. I want you to know, Dr.Cisco was just amazing. He works so hard, and listens to exactly your areas of concern. And Nicole, his assistant, always was concerned of my well being. She kept the doctor informed constantly of my vitals and fat removal levels and told me how well I was doing. Great team you got there, and would reccomend to friends and family any time. I had my procedure done 3 weeks ago and so far so good. The entire staff is awesome and so helpful. Carly at the front always remembers who you are. Julie, Tia and Nicole are great nurses and help you with any questions or concerns. Dr Case is awesome and does a great job! If you’re thinking about having any procedures done I recommend Sono Bello!
I had a telephone conversation with Tia at my 5 week. She is awesome and very informative! I look forward to seeing her in person soon. I still have another procedure to do...the staff is great, from reception to pre-op to post-op. Shannon, Carly and Sara have been very nice, caring and helpful. The surgeon is not a favorite...not caring, not much personal caring or friendliness. All on all I give Sonobello in Scottsdale 5 stars!
Everyone is absolutely amazing professional, but caring and very friendly from the front office to the Nurses and the Doctors. My procedure was explained to me so that I knew exactly what could and would be done I. The office has called and checked to be sure everything was going well and my post op visit was just as great. I would highly recommend Sono Bello if you are considering having the type of procedures they perform
