My experience was the best I could ever hope for .I came in not knowing how everything worked around there .but the nice and knowledgable staff talked me through the process put me at total ease explained step by step the entire proceedure..next thing I knew I was walking out with the results I came for.the doctor over there engaged me throughout my procedure explaining how everything works.and the nurses after the proceedure was A_1 my experience was sooo good that I went back the next week and had another lol.i whole heart... read more
Overall I was very happy with the process so far. The only complaint that I have is that I have had a few appointments where I wasn't actually seen until an hour or more after my scheduled time. While I understand it is a cash business and you want to overbook in case of cancellations it shouldn't come at the expense of patients who are punctual. Especially in surgical settings where I have a ride waiting and I have to text them multiple times to coordinate a new time because I haven't gone into procedure yet.

Having my procedure was I needed to give me the courage and confidence to start on my path of a healthy lifestyle. Since the procedure, I have changed my eating habits and working out with a trainer. I am grateful for the encouragement and the thorough explanation of procedure is intended for. I fully understand that this is not for weight loss, but to help jumpstart a new lifestyle of healthy living.
The facility was clean and attractive. All of the people that worked there were helpful and very informative. The procedure went well. The doctor was very skilled and professional. I love getting the updates on what to expect at the time. The nurses are so nice and helpful. I received two follow up calls, one from the doctor and one from a nurse. Sono Bello really makes me feel cared for.
Everything was great. Excellent follow up by the doctor, excellent care by the nurses and front desk staff. Highly recommend Sono Bello.
The staff is great - helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Gal was AMAZING. She made sure I was well prepared for what to expect and I feel like she went the extra mile to make my body look exactly how I imagine. I highly recommend her and Sono Bello on the whole!
This has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life and I am so happy that I did. Not only was Sono Bello professional but everyone was so kind to me. They really care about you and want to you be happy with your results. They’re passionate about what they do and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe. I’m speaking from personal experience when I say I had amazing results and am forever grateful for everything that the Sono Bello staff did for me.
