One month post op and Lanie was right! I do look and feel amazing. The recovery really depends on how active I am, low sodium diet and all around positivity! This is my first time here. The level of friendliness , smiles, and courteous communications I’ve experienced here is absolutely phenomenal. The patient care coordinator, Lane, blew my expectations away. Lane goes over all the options available to you, and makes you feel like a priority. My concerns were catered to. I wasn’t rushed. I was super excited before I walked in the door for my consultation. Then I met Lane. She is an absolute jewel. I think she was happier for me than I was. She answered all of my questions and worked with my crazy schedule to set me up. She was so caring and attentive. I left even more excited to follow through with my procedure. She even took note of my needs when matching me with a surgeon. I can’t wait for my after pics.

I had a wonderful experience, from start to finish, at SonoBello Tysons. To start, I was treated very kindly as I entered the front office. Me and my husband had a wonderful time talking to Lane Veech she is fantastic and made us feel very comfortable and made me feel like I knew her like we clise friends!!

I had a great experience at the office for my first consultation. Awesome customer service and very short wait time. I was helped by Lane V who was amazing! Throughout the consultation she was so supportive and so positive! I did not feel pressured or anxious but quite the opposite. It was a lovely experience and although I may wait for my next appointment, I’ll be asking for Lane when I do!

I can’t thank enough Dr. Allison for being so supportive all throughout the surgery! He would walk you through the process, let you know what he is doing, asks you how you feel, funny and will make conversations to get your mind at ease. Nurse Dez is so patient & all smiles even though I think I was late coming in (I thought to get there 7am anytime, which I did, but it should be one hour before is the expected time to come in), she still did not make me feel to hurry up.
