I had my consultation today and Lane was amazing she explained everything nice. I'm excited for my surgery.

I had an AMAZING experience! Sarah was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout this whole experience. I had some anxiety and hesitation before hand but she has truly done everything in her power to support me and make this a stress free experience. This has been one of the BEST customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I highly recommend going here the amount of care they all put in each and every one of their clients is amazing. 100% worth it!
Where do I even start. So I called sonobello Tysons corner & spoke to Lane. She immediately connected with me we spoke like 2 old friends, it didn’t feel like a sales transaction it felt like I was being heard. I explained my urgency 2 do the procedure if the cost was right in 2 weeks. What I like about Lane is she didn’t make any promises but said she would do her best to accommodate me. Lane was so nice to me and was very helpful and did everything that she could to make me feel comfortable and also get all the information that I need. It was very refreshing to get that type of treatment.
It all started with Courtney in the Woodbridge office. She provided me with the information for my doctor. Dr. Dawson and the staff were amazing and so kind. I never once felt uncomfortable throughout the whole procedure. Meaning I didn’t feel like $ but a person. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable.
My wait to get in to the back to speak with Erin was too long. There should be better communication within the office. If I didn’t inquire about the wait time at the front desk, I would have waited even longer. When I finally got to the back, after inquiring about the wait to the front desk, Erin was very apologetic and nice.
Erin is the best! Seriously hands down best customer service and best deals! She really helped assess me and gave me good insight on areas I should treat! Love love love her!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was treated like a celebrity from my first consultation. Erin was so friendly welcoming and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward with the procedure. I am about 3 months post op and I am so please with the results. Truly life changing and such a quick and smooth recovery.
