The staff here at Sono Bello have been amazing. There isn't any question, need or want that they will not answer, attempt and figure out for you. David Farnum is such an asset to Sona Bello. My experience at Sono Bello was not a good experience as the sales person told me things that were not correct. David who is the Assistant Practice Manager took care of the issues I had, and I greatly appreciate his professional demeanor and knowing how to work with his patients. Mursal, the consultant, with Sono Bello was wonderful. She didn't force any procedures I didn't want and helped me decide what should be done. I thought I needed more work done, but she said that i what i thought was necessary, was not. She made me feel good about myself, that she cared about me as a person and gave me the space and time I needed to make the final decision of having the surgery done.
I have no regrets about my decision to have body contouring procedure done and to have it done by the team at Sono Bello. The entire team has made me feel well cared for and confident in my decision to have the procedure. Thank you to the team at Sono Bello!
I came in for an initial consultation and Mursal was friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable talking with her. I just had my pre-op and I’m excited for next week. I’ve wasted a lot of money on cool sculpting and hopefully Sono Bello will give me the results I’m looking for (along with diet and exercise of course).
I had my arms, chin/neck and stomach/abdomen/hips done. In addition I had the EX procedure to remove loose skin. The procedure was done 5 days ago and the results so far have exceeded my expectations. I will be more comfortable in my clothes and confident in my appearance.
The entire staff from the front desk (Tracy, David), to the consultant (Mursal) to the Medical staff (Cynthia, Mel, Angie and Dr. Morse) were fantastic to work with.
