I had my Pre Op appt and Nurse Roysla was so nice. I was nervous when I first went in and by mid way of my appt I was ok. She answered all my questions and also gave additional information. She made sure I understood my Post Op Instructions and was very with my 1 repeated questions on the Pellets. Great visit!

The Medical Assistant, Stephanie was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step; answered all my questions and concerns. My Doctor explained in detail about the procedures and what to expect before, during, and after surgery. I'm excited and anxious at the same time but I know im in very good hands. Can't wait to start this new journey of myself.
