Dr Fripp and Nurse Stephanie were absolutely ahmazing!!! They took great care to answer all questions I had before during and after surgery. Nurse Stephanie made sure I was completely comfortable all the way through and I cannot say enough good things about their refreshing bed side manner. I am very happy to have had them and their other associates on my team during the procedure!

Nurse Erin was very sweet and helpful. I was very nervous when I arrived and she was very patient with me and guided me through the process. I'm glad that she was my nurse and very happy to decide to do the procedure.

My pre-op appointment with Stephanie & Dr. Marafat went very well. They were both very informative and answered all of my questions & concerns. They made me feel very comfortable and confident about my decisions in my upcoming surgery. I can’t wait to see my results!

I was very satisfied with my visit and speaking to PC Consultant, Lane Veeche. She was very helpful with all of my questions and made me feel comfortable to discuss to her about such personal issues. I got excited and couldn’t wait to go through my procedure. My pre op appointment left me feeling like I made the right choice. Stephanie answered all of my questions and provided information that I didn’t think about. When Dr. Marefat arrived, he put me at ease and confirmed the information that I was getting from Stephanie. The team really cares about your concerns and they do their best to put you at ease. From the moment I met with my Care Coordinator, Michelle W. I knew that Sonobello would be the place for me. All questions were answered effortlessly and without agitation. The same goes for Dr. Nickodem, Annalise (Nurse) and all other office staff who assisted with my care before and after surgery. Titi was simply AMAZING she made me feel so comfortable. My back had so many knots and lumps but after one treatment I literally felt new. The lumps are severely diminished and the swelling is far less. Titi educated me on how to care for my incisions and was extremely knowledgeable about lymph drainage and how to get the best results post surgery. I can't wait to get another treatment. In future visits I will request her only.
