I brought my 11 month old son to Sonterra Dental today, Hanh my hygienist took exceptional care of us both! We were greeted with warm friendly smiles throughout the office, Hanh and Dr Tapangan got my son Tommy to open his mouth to show his 6 teeth and they had him smiling ear to ear. My son had the best time at his dental visit, he smiled the entire time. Had my first appointment at Sonterra Dental. I am scared to death of the dentist, but this was a completely different experience. Was welcomed by an attentive staff who helped me navigate through the paperwork. Pam ,my dental hygienist showed me around, explained what the different areas are and got me settled in. Wow. I had to get a couple fillings redone here and it was pretty much the best experience I’ve ever had. Was expecting my bite to be changed up a little afterwards cause that’s how it was last time I had a filling redone. Nope, nothing different at all plus I was very comfortable the entire time. Dr T is amazing! They explained everything they were doing before and during the procedure, and made the process totally comfortable and I was at ease the entire time. Great Dentist! I had the best teeth cleaning EVER today by Debbie at Sonterra Dental! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful and explained everything patiently. Dr. Woolwine listened to my concerns and answered my questions. They are a preferred dental practice with Delta Dental.
