Dr. Ephraim was professional, knowledgeable and kind. The bladder sling surgery was immediately successful; I should have done it years ago! The surgery has greatly improved my quality of life and the recovery was so much easier than expected!!
I had a great experience with Dr. Ephraim and the staff at the North Wales office. I found all the women to be knowledgeable and helpful. From the initial visit through the surgery to my two week check up, I was happy and comfortable with the whole process. I have already referred others to Dr. Ephraim.
She was easy to talk to, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am going to refer all my friends to her office!
Before my surgery she told me some things about the procedure and my recovery that turned out not to be true. After the surgery, she was arrogant and uncaring. Worse, she prescribed something that came with a Black Box Warning and would have been dangerous for my particular situation. Eventually the surgery came undone, and I'm back to square one. A total waste of time, money, and pain.
I had a completely substandard prolapse surgery with Dr. Ephram for which I am still experiencing great difficulty. The procedure performed was not what was explained or approved of by me. The procedure was done in August of 2017 and banned by the FDA six months later. Dr. Ephram was evasive and dishonest about the procedures performed. It was not under I got the surgical report that I was able to see exactly what happened. She was evasive and dishonest,,
I had continuous bladder infections over a 2 year period. My file was not correct. They forgot to list times I was on antibiotics so they never saw a problem. I went to another doctor who listened to my problems and found I had a blockage so I had no infection while I was on antibiotics but the infection came right back once off antibiotics. I found her arrogant and her staff disorganized. I went somewhere else locally and was happy I did. I’m not sure why my doctor referred me here and didn’t mention the other practice that has been around much longer than hers and seems much more experienced.
They are misleading with their billing and costs. Things are not fully explained to patient at time of consultation. I prepaid for treatments to receive a 10% discount, but then when they tacked on an additional treatment no one explained that would be additional costs. No verbal nor written explanation given. The Mona Lisa treatment is typically done in three treatments for INTERNAL and what I had though was external as well. Dr. Ephraim stated that the external can take 4 or 5 treatments
