I should have called them first!!! We were stuck on the side of the road with a flat boat trailer tire (AAA wouldn't help us). Had to wait about 45 minutes (which was our given estimated time by the dispatcher), but the guys took off the tire, placed it on the wheel, put the tire back on, and we were back on our way in less than 10 minutes. Dispatch was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend them!
