I’m a fan of this business because it works. The weekly accountability matched with the products, well, it works. You have to find the products you enjoy and you have to give yourself grace. But if you stick with their plan as best as you can, you will lose weight. The program though is meant to be a lose it forever program. So plan to do a weigh in with them for life. Very pleased with my decision to sign up with SOTA. Mallory snd Malala were very helpful and encouraging. I met with them Wednesday started my program that day, weighed myself this morning and my weight has dropped to 204. Feeling great!

Easy to execute. Never hungry. “Products” provided were tasty. You will find your favorites. Saved money from much less dining out. Lost 30 lbs. I did feel less energetic towards the last 2-4 weeks but am now in the maintenance phase so adding some items back in. Will be interesting to learn how this impacts the weight and energy. Staff is super helpful and available by text almost anytime to answer questions. My son lost almost 50 lbs. Highly recommend.
My nutrition counselors are the absolute best and make such a difference towards my success. They hold me accountable but are kind, listen well and offer suggestions for success.
I lost the weight and have been able to maintain it. The SOTA representatives constantly follow up to see how I am doing. There is no pressure but the constant contact makes me conscious of my weight and is an incentive to continue good dietary practices.
