Very good job of explaining the program and how it works, followed by excellent support!
Actual advice and real support would have been good. Never give any real usable advice, just “do the program and you will lose.” Which isn’t true. I barely eat anything, don’t eat sugar, carbs, or dairy, and I still don’t lose weight. Products are very expensive and that’s all you get, they are much cheaper on Amazon. No real benefits, definitely not worth the money. Great can’t wait to get started
I really appreciate the way the diet is set up. I felt it allowed me to learn the tools to implement a healthier lifestyle in steps, versus all at once. I also found it helpful to have pictures of grocery items that are on the diet, recipes and being able to ask questions via text.
I’m still on my journey (and it is working) but I’m happy to have the opportunity to make this comment now. And it’s this, the ladies at Southlake SOTA give off this calm vibe of certainty….it’s like they just KNOW the process works if you follow it. Happy to be in your hands!
It’s been a great experience!! I have seen results that I have tried for years to get!! The program was easy to follow and it was amazing to watch the weight just fall off! I would recommend it to anyone!!!💕
I can sum up my experience with Sota this way. 5 days ago I had knee surgery and when I returned home I had home physical therapy taking care of me. I told him that I have lost 60 pounds since February 2023 and he wanted to hear more about it.
